Wohlhaupter UPA4 5449 7/8" Capacity Boring and Facing Head 1-1/2" Straight Shank. Just a bare boring head, comes with absolutely nothing but what you see in the pictures. Seems to work just fine.

Shank seems to be a keyed modular mount but I'm not sure which. It vaguely looks like a Komet ABS style mount but those are not keyed.

However, it's a straight 1-1/2 and can be used in any side-lock holder or collet chuck or whatever you prefer.
