This is used, mechanically the assembly is in great shape though with no functional defects. The biggest problem I see with it is the etching is extremely faint on the adjustment ring. The boring ring can theoretically bore from 3.5" up to 4.781", with the current insert in it I got within a hundredth of those measurements eyeballing it with a caliper to the center point. I don't own a mill and I've never actually used this, it was just in a lot with other tools that I needed. If you need any further measurements or pictures just ask and we can figure it out.
