Criterion DBL-203 3/4" Capacity Precision Fine Boring Head 1" Straight Shank. Not much to say, moves and locks up as it should. It looks like someone used a pipe wrench to remove this from a tool holder at some point.

Boring head works just fine, however movement is definitely on the tight side. I don't see anything wrong with it, and it moves through the full articulation range with no problem.
