Criterion CB3-BP & CB3-TP Offset Adjustable Boring Head, 1-1/2 Straight Shank. INV 3874 This was tooling from a plant that closed. Tested at our facility it is ready to start making chips again. This tool has some marks on it consistent with use. The head turns smoothly with an Allen wrench.

There is a small dent near the top which keeps the head from coming back all the way. Nothing a file wouldn't quickly fix or just leave it alone if you are going to use it further out in the range.
