This is a used Automatic Boring & Facing Head in GREAT condition. Ideal for performing those difficult facing, grooving, backfacing and counterboring operations on workpieces too large to turn or too bulky to handle with safety. Automatic feed is in the forward mode and is actuated by holding a knurled feed ring.

Features a gear drive that generates a continuous feed rate of. To prevent damage to the gear train, an especially designed detent clutch automatically disengages when a pre-set stop is reached or when cutting pressures becomes excessive. A 1-1/2"-18 threaded back permits the use of any of the 1-1/2"-18 threaded shanks and adaptors. Distance Between Hole Centers: 1. Center Hole Boring Diameter (minimum / maximum).
