BRAND NEW BORING BAR 7 PC SET WITH 12 MM SHANK - FREE 10 CARBIDE INSERTS FROM WIDIA/TUNGALOY. Fully hardened and ground boring bars with 12 mm shank that will suit boring head which has a bore of 12mm. No need for brazed tools which are time consuming to work with as you have to resharp them regularly and they do not give desired bore finish. By the use of indexable carbide tools you can also get the job done quickly and effectively. Set comes in a wooden box and 10 finishing inserts from Widia/Tungaloy for 4140/1045 and mild steel material. No Chinese junk inserts and tools. Manufactured in India and carbide inserts are European quality.

Boring bars are fully hardened and ground and manufactured on brand new 5 axis machining centres and will give you chatter and vibration free bore finish. Set has 1 each of the below mentioned boring bars with which you can do bore of. 8mm with working length of 25mm. 10mm with working length of 30mm.

With working length of 50mm. With working length of 65mm. With working length of 80mm. With working length of 95mm. With working length of 110mm.

8,10,12mm boring bars take ccmt 06 inserts where as 16,20,25,32 takes a ccmt 09 inserts. You get 5 inserts each of ccmt 06 and 09.
