BRAND NEW Q-TECH PRECISION BORING HEAD 2" WITH 3MT SHANK (1/2"WITHWORTH THREAD) AND FREE BORING TOOL WITH CARBIDE INSERT. 1X 3MT BORING HEAD SHANK WITH 1/2 WITHWORTH THREAD WHICH IS FULLY HARDENED AND GROUND. 1X 2 BORING HEAD, BORE DIA OF THE HEAD IS 12MM AND RANGE IS UPTO 15MM.

1X12MM BORING BAR WITH CARBIDE INSERT FROM WIDIA/TUNGALOY FOR 4140,1045 AND MILD STEEL MACHINING. Threads for the boring head are precisely machined and inspected with thread gauges of highest tolerance to avoid backlash and trouble free size setting.

Boring heads are precisely surface grounded and are matched individually matched so that the slide offsets smoothly and does not gives deflection in sizes once locked. Manufactured in India not Chinese junk boring head which are tough to adjust size. Boring bar supplied is 150mm long and we only supply Japanese/German quality carbide insert for maximum chatter free performance. Spare inserts are also available, insert used is CCMT060204/08.
