This boring head came from Boeing. Boring head and mechanism is in excellent condition.

Head has been disassembled, cleaned, check for wear, greased and reassembled. Head is very smooth operating - Locking mechanism works well with little pressure. (1) - Automatic Micro Boring/Facing Head. (1) - 5/8"-18 TPI Threaded 1/2" Shank. (3) - 3/8" Boring Bars: 3/4", 1/ 1/4", & 2". (1) - 3/8 Boring Bar For Interchangeable Bits. (8) - scrap carbide chips with 1/4 hole.

Uses STD 3/8 Boring Bars. Boring extension uses any carbide or HSS chip with 1/4 hole. Chips can be custom ground for specific needs. STD 5/8-18 TPI Thread - Imperial 5/8 NF threads.
